The problem
Release the invisible load
you carry.
You have built something real. From the outside it is working, and it genuinely is. And by eight o'clock most evenings there is nothing left. Not of the business. Of you.
01
You are running on empty and calling it normal.
02
Guilt has taken away your ability to rest.
03
You cannot work out what to put down first.
04
You are the one everyone leans on. Nobody holds you.
Not less ambition.
Less weight on one set of shoulders.
Proof
This is my own data.
Sixty-nine consecutive days of my own recovery and resting heart rate. I built this method on myself before I offered it to anybody else.
Each dot is one day. The line is a seven-day average. 69 consecutive days, 7 July to 13 September 2026.
On 26 August my recovery was 98 per cent. Five days later it was 12 per cent, and my resting heart rate had climbed from 55 to 84.
My calendar said nothing was wrong. It never does.
Wearable data is used for performance insight and pattern recognition, not medical diagnosis.

Something arrives every month
A printed card lands on your doormat, numbered one to six, carrying the commitment you made in your own words, with a blank back for what actually happened. At the end those six cards are bound into your book. You watch it being built.
Two minutes a week
One short check-in. That is the whole homework.
You are already carrying too much. A programme that adds to your plate would be the opposite of the point.
What changes
What people actually report
Sleep
More consistent sleep and recovery.
Boundaries
Clearer boundaries, and less time stuck in always-on.
Warning signs
Spotting your own earlier, instead of after the crash.
Decisions
Better ones, under more pressure.
"I feel more like myself than I have in years."
Client
Be honest with yourself
This isn't for you if
You want permission to do less
I am not going to tell you to lower your ambition. The whole point is holding more, not wanting less.
You want business strategy
Pricing, hiring, sales. We may touch all of it, but my client is the person, not the company.
You want a quick fix
This is six months. The first one is spent changing nothing at all.
You won't wear the strap
The data is not a gimmick. Without it we are back to guessing how your week felt.
